Rosarium takes us to a cathedral, that of Santa Maria Assunta in Atri, in the Abruzzo region of Italy. Let’s go inside this spiritual place where marble and ancient woods recall the history of the village and a beam of light enters from the rose window. The catedral is empty, each step makes a profound echo among the Romanesque vaults. From the very first steps, a smell of frankincense (olibanum) assails us but little by little, as we approach the altar, we are surprised by hints of opulent and dusty flowers. Rosarium is an extrait de parfum that plays between the sacred (incense in the head) and the profane (the warm, dusty and sensual scent of iris).
