Behind "our story" there's basically me, myself and I. From creating the website and further monitoring to order fulfillment and bringing joy to your fragrance-loving noses.
I'll take pictures myself, I'll do my best to describe the fragrances, I will communicate with you, I will listen to your wishes, advise, will let my intuition choose perfumes for you, and I will pack and send them to you with love.
I'll guide you both in individual fragrance selection randez-vous and in the Fragrance Journey lectures for your group of people or a themed fragrance evening organised by myself.
Perhaps there will be some imperfections and mistakes on the website (the creation itself feels like took an eternity in the wheel of life with the daily management and solo responsibility for my youngsters), so I will appreciate pointers to imperfections, and I will listen to your suggestions as well as be happy to hear your positive experience while improving performance. :)
My name is Jolanta Legzdiņa, a mother of two wonderful girls, a person with a deep passion for life, arts, and perfumery. I am happy to introduce myself and guide you in perfumery through my selection of niche perfume brands that embody my values of creativity, quality, and longevity.
My journey began 8 years ago when Serge Lutens - Jeux de Peau came into my hands, creating such deep emotional fulfillment and comfort that the door to the invisible but deeply sensual world where perfume takes literally opened in mind.
Until then, I used two favorite designer fragrances for years (Versace - Crystal Noir and YSL - Elle), but I didn't think much about perfumes since lots of fragrances felt overwhelmingly synthetic to me. At that time, I was much more fascinated by all kinds of art, which I filled my interest in through the studies of culture and art history. And here - came the Jeux de Peau and pulled back the curtain on the world of feelings and imagination conjured up by the art for the nose - perfumery.

Visual arts create harmony and aesthetic pleasure by depicting or creating environments, moods, stories and stimulating thoughts and feelings.
Different forms of art enter us through different senses.
We value music as stories and feelings that vibrate through our ears and create rhythm for our lives. We appreciate beauty with our eyes.
We appreciate both the comfort of familiar and beloved flavors, as well as go gourmé style.

Smell is a sense that can trigger the most unexpected flashes of memories, evoke emotions and create a mood. Just like other forms of art, perfumery connects people subjectively on an emotional level.
I began to appreciate and get to know this art form through almost all the available literature, ordering lots of samples from around the world, creating schemes and tables, comparing, learning to recognize notes both through my own approach and the system provided by the courses until over the years a large collection of many hundreds of fragrance examples was formed. Along the way, I came to appreciate the nuance and quality of the very natural ingredients of perfumes and the moods created by the masterful compositions of independent perfumers, so favorites slowly came to the fore.
I fell in love with Hiram Green first through Hyde, which in my senses purrs nostalgically of early childhood, I fell in love with Papillon Artisan Perfumes through Bengale Rouge, which awakens a femininity in me, and I fell in love with Les Indemodables through Vanilla Havane, which screams deep, thick and ageless perfume quality.
I was sure that these artists had something more to say and I was not wrong.
A skillfully constructed perfume is able to tell a story, create a mood, an atmosphere and is able to change the way you feel. It is your invisible accessory that will last longer in the memories of those around you than the clothes you are wearing. Using your true scent, which seems to be created just for you and which lifts you to heaven, is the real thing. Finding it is also a careful, very personal and intimate process, it can not be quickly grabbed in the mall.
